I want to order a Sofa and Love Seat, how long would it take for me to get it?
Answer: The general rule of thumb is that it takes between 4-8 weeks to get a special order in, depending on the time that it corresponds with the factory's truck. (Sometimes it could be 3-5 weeks.) With some Ashley pieces, it could be in as little as one week or at times 2-4 weeks.

Answer: For customers within a ten mile radius there is a $25 charge....over ten and up to 25 mile radius there is a $50 charge....over 25 and up to 50 mile radius there is a $75 delivery charge...over 50 miles up to 75 mile radius there is a $100 delivery charge... Do you have financing available?
Answer: We do have financing available, it is through GE Money and there are many plans that can be used in order to make the purchase very simple for the customer. Our most popular fianacing plan is 12 months no interest to those that qualify. Just ask the salesperson what plans are available or they will check to see what plan is best suited for you at the time of your purchase.
We also have Lay-Away: A 15% deposit is required at the time the layaway is opened. A 60-day limit is the allowable maximum for the in-store layaway. A payment on the account can be made at anytime during the 60-day time limit during regular business hours or a payment can be sent through the mail. there is a 20% restocking fee for all canceled layaways.(before the 60 day time limit) Any unpaid/partially paid item past due longer than the 60 days, is declared abandoned and becomes the property of Comfortably Simple Furniture. (unless written prior notice was received by Comfortably Simple Furniture prior to the due date.) If the layaway option is chosen...please adhere to the time allotted for your layaway. If the balance is not paid by the balance due date, we will put the item(s) back in stock which will result in forfeiture of down payment and any payments made. Again, if the payment is not made within this allotted period following the due date: 1) The transaction will be closed. 2) The item(s) will be returned to stock. 3) The customer forfeits the down payment and any payments made toward the layaway purchase.
A recliner that I purchased two years ago has a broken mechanism, what can be done?
Answer: Generally the mechanism on any recliner is warranteed for about 5 years. But that only means that a new mechanism can be ordered free of charge, but there will be a fee charged for labor and if necessary a fee for the pick-up and drop-off of the recliner. You will have to refer to the warranty packet that was attached to the furniture piece that you received at the time of delivery for warranty time periods.
I like the sofa and recliner style that's on your floor, but I don't like the colors. What are my options for different colors?
Answer: The company Charles Schneider in the store have swatches of fabric to choose from. You can look through them and hopefully something will catch your eye. With Ashley Furniture you can sometimes get a couple different colors in the same frame style. Generally with Ashley, what you see in the catalog or on the floor is all you can get/order. But, you could still come away with a heck of a combination and really love the product.
I purchased a recliner from a store other then yours and now it's broken. I have tried to get them to fix it, but they don't want to deal with it anymore. Is there something that you can do?
Answer: Bring it in to the store (call first please) and we can line up someone to have a look at it. We can try to fix it for you and hopefully it is fixable. There would be a charge for labor and the cost of materials to fix the piece of furniture. (Because it was purchased from a different store there are no warranties).
Do you sell 100% leather sofas and loveseats?
Answer: We have two companies that sell 100% leather sofas, love seats, recliners, chairs, and ottomans. One is Worldwide Designs by Charles Scheinder, and the other is Millennium by Ashley Furniture. For more details and looks of styles, stop in and see what we have available.
What is the warranty on a sofa, love seat, or recliner?
Answer: Most companies have a one year warranty on their furniture. This usually covers the furniture fabric, as long as the furniture wasn't abused or tore up. The cushion cores are also covered for one year, there is a 1-year warranty on leather fabric, the metal spring system has a 5-year warranty, and recliner mechanisms have a 5-year warranty as well. (just remember, you have to refer to the factory for specifics on all their warranties) so don't be afraid to ask about them.
I have a bed that I purchased from you about 5 years ago and there is a body indent in it, what can be done?
Answer: There is a concept that all factories use after a bed has been in use for 5 years. Get a meter stick and put it across the area that is indented. Get a ruler and put it down into the indent. If it is more then 2 inches, then it's a possible problem-but not necessarily after 5 years. But if it's 2 inches or less, it is normal "wear and tear" especially on a five year old bed that has a pillow-top on it or a plush cover on it. If you have a 10-year warranty on the bed and the company is still in business and we still have the items thru them-then no problem-as long as the mattress isn't soiled, burned, stained, or abused looking, the old mattress will be picked up by us-for a possible fee (depending on your location) and will be replaced with a new one of the same or equal style. (Note: as long as the indent is a legitimate indent and/or another legitimate problem with the bed is possibly observed, the decision to replace the piece is up to the factory, not Comfortably Simple Furniture.)
If by chance you have a bed from a company that we no longer have access to or they went out of business (in our distribution area) then things get tricky. We might be able to send the bed to one of the companies that we have dealings with and they might repair it the best that they can. One thing though, when the bed comes back from either one of those companies, there would be a service charge on the bed that was repaired. It was beyond our control that the last bedding company went out of business. That also means, the warranty is no longer valid unless there is another store somewhere in another distribution area (out of state) that will honor the warranty.
I special ordered a piece of furniture and now that I have it in my house, it just doesn't look right. I want to return it, what is your policy?
Answer: Generally with special orders there are no returns.
I want a particular sofa off your floor and don't mind that it's the floor sample, is it possible to take the floor sample?
Answer: Many furniture stores don't let you take the furniture off the floor even if you don't mind that it is the "floor sample." At Comfortably Simple, you can take the furniture off the floor without having to special order. If you don't mind that it's the floor sample, you can have it without any objections. But if you want one that is right from the factory, we can order one up for you as long as it's still current and not discontinued.
I don't like the mattress I purchased a week ago, so I want to return it, what is your policy on this?
Answer: For Your Protection: Comfortably Simple Furniture sells new bedding products with all new materials; therefore, once the product(s) leaves our store, we do not accept returns or exchanges (unless defective-according to warranty) on any mattresses and foundations.
